Who can join Equally Yoked?
Anyone 18 years or older who identifies as a Christian and is seeking a serious relationship or marriage based on biblical principles is welcome to join.
Is Equally Yoked free to use?
Equally Yoked offers a free basic membership to help you explore the platform. We also offer premium plans that unlock additional features like unlimited messaging, profile boosts, and advanced matching filters.
How do I create a profile?
Creating a profile is easy:
Click Sign Up on the homepage.
Fill in your basic details, including your faith background.
Upload a photo and complete our Compatibility Questionnaire.
Start exploring matches once your profile is verified.
What makes Equally Yoked different from other dating apps?

How do you match users?
We use your Compatibility Questionnaire answers, profile details, and preferences (age, denomination, location, etc.) to suggest matches that align with your values and goals.
How is my privacy protected?
We take privacy seriously. Your personal data is encrypted and never sold to third parties. You control what is visible on your profile, and we offer options to block/report inappropriate users. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I report someone or block a user?
If you encounter inappropriate behavior:
Visit the user’s profile.
Click the Report or Block button.
Choose a reason and submit your report.
Our moderation team will review and take appropriate action.
Can I delete my account anytime?
Yes. You can deactivate or permanently delete your account from your Account Settings. Once deleted, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Is Equally Yoked open to all Christian denominations?
Yes. Whether you’re Pentecostal, Baptist, Methodist, Catholic, or non-denominational, we welcome all Bible-believing Christians seeking God-honoring relationships.
Do you screen or verify user profiles?
Yes, we review new profiles and photos to ensure authenticity and alignment with our community standards. We encourage users to be honest and respectful in all interactions.
